Our Admission Procedure

Student seeking admission in any of the college courses should submit an application in the prescribed admission form as early as possible after the publication of the results of the qualifying examination [Matriculation, ICSE, CBSE, or Intermediate, ICSE, CBSE 10+2]. Application forms can be obtained from the college office. Every application must accompanied by true copies, duly attested of

1. The applicant's School/College leaving Certificate.
2. Mark-Sheet
3. Admit Card
4. Registration
5. Provisional Pass Certificate
6. Character Certificate
7. For ST / SC, Minors and other Backward classes residential, cast and Income Certificates
8. Migration Certificate

The applicant will present her original Certificates at the time of admission. Parent or guardian will accompany her. If original Mark-Sheet is not available, a list of marks certificate by the Principal of the school will be accepted provisionally. List of selected candidates for admission will be put up on the College notice board and the Website. Intimation cards will be sent to outstation candidates with hostel only. Those called for admission must bring all the certificates in original ( 1 to 8) and two copies of a passport size photo.

Student seeking admission in Nirmala Hostel should apply in the prescribed Hostel admission form available in the College Office.

Fees to be paid on the day of admission

1. Admission Fee
2. Tuition Fee from June to November
3. Practical Fees (If Applicable)
4. Annual Fees
5. Registration
6. Migration (If relevant)
7. Security Deposit - A Security deposit of Rupees 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) will be taken at the time of admission. Security deposit (without interest) will be refunded after after completion of the course.

Admission withdrawn within one weak from date of admission. Security deposit will be refunded fully.
Admission withdrawn within one month from the date of admission. Rupees 500/- (Five Hundred) will be deducted.
Admission withdrawn after one month from the date of admission. No security deposit will be refunded.

8. Fees may be paid in cash or sent by M.O. to the Principal, Nirmala College Ranchi. The purpose for which the M.O. is sent and the sender's name and address should be stated n block letters on the M.O. Coupon or in a covering letter. Fees once paid will not be refunded but a transfer certificate will be issued on payment of total fee.
